Dennis Cichelli - Mechanical Engineer
Dennis wears numerous hats for RSW. His areas of expertise are project engineering, mechanical engineering, equipment maintenance support, process, and process equipment support. Dennis has been with RSW since its inception and has over 30 years experience with Eastman Kodak. He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and has training in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing, motorcycling, and competitive trap shooting . He has also volunteered his engineering expertise to help with community facilities projects. Dennis is a N.Y.S. Certified Police Officer and a former member of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
David Dix - Operations Manager
Dave is RSW's Operations Manager with over 20 years experience in Silver recovery/Refining operations including Smelting, Roasting, Silver Rich water treatment and film wash operations.
Dave has extensive training in diversity and creating a positive workplace and culture. In addition to this Dave has a certificate in Electronics and computer repair. He also is Bonded and licensed in new York state as used car retailer and has owned and operated several small businesses. Dave enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and anything to do with cars. Feel free to contact Dave with any film sorting and recycling needs.
Greg Munier - Process Engineer and Business Development
Greg Munier is RSW’s technical and process support for Film Washing and Polyester (PET) Sales as well as our overall Business Development leader. He has been at RSW since the company’s inception. Previous to RSW, Greg was at Eastman Kodak for 30+ years in the maintenance and manufacturing areas. Greg spent nearly 10 years instrumental in the design, project management / construction and start-up phases of the “state of the art” Silver Nitrate plant at RSW, as well as Implemented a ISO 14,001 Environment Compliance for the Silver Recovery Unit of Eastman Kodak. While at Eastman Kodak he received extensive training, including Kodak Maintenance Machinist Apprenticeship along with attending college at Rochester Institute of Technology. Greg is passionate about finding new business opportunities and optimizing existing businesses from a functionality and cost effective manor along with providing customer support. When not at work, Greg enjoys spending quality time with his wife Sonya and his son Matthew and daughter Cameron, vacations, sitting on the board for St. Peter’s Soup Kitchen and the great outdoors (camping, golfing, home construction/remolding and furniture building). Bob Surash - Vice President and Process Chemist
Bob is RSW's Vice President / Process Chemist and our resident expert for all things silver at RSW. Bob acquired a Bachelors’ degree in Chemistry from Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University. He has spent the majority of his career (33+ years) with industrial scale silver-based manufacturing processes. He started at Eastman Kodak Company in a manufacturing developmental laboratory with special emphasis on Fire Assay testing. He then migrated to become Kodak’s on-site technical expert for the operations of silver refining, film recycling and silver nitrate manufacturing. He was certified a Six Sigma Black Belt in 2002. He is also the holder of three US Patents involving photographic film recycling and methods for treating and recovery metals associated with both domestic and industrial waste waters.
Tammy Wilmier - Accounting Manager / Human Resources
Tammy is the Accounting Manager for RSW, overseeing the day-to-day activities of financial transactions. With RSW having a small office staff she also oversees human resource activities. Tammy has been with RSW since our very 1st day, after 20 years with Eastman Kodak Company. Tammy has a degree in Accounting along with more than 33 years of accounting experience. When not at work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and hiking. Tammy recently completed hiking all of the 46 High Peaks in the Adirondack Park of NYS and is now an “ADK 46er”.
