October 1, 2013

ROCHESTER, NY, October 1, 2013 Rochester Silver Works LLC (RSW) celebrated two years as a privately held company today and also reached the milestone of sorting 2 million pounds of film since the inception of their film sorting unit, one year ago.

RSW Sales and Marketing Director Chip Milligan is quick to point out that “although our current company is just two years old, the history of this facility and experience of our people go back 90 years”.

RSW added film sorting (medical records) one year ago as an additional benefit to it’s film customers. The company set out to reach 1.5 million lbs. of film sorted during year one and clearly surpassed their goal with just over 2 million lbs. sorted. “More and more of our customers are taking advantage of this service and are noting the quality and efficiency of the operation” says Milligan. The RSW goal for 2014 will be 10 million lbs. RSW is a NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) member and complies with all HIPAA requirements for certified destruction.
